Privacy Policy
Plain answers about what Xtreme Tv collects, why we keep it, and how you stay in control.
This page explains how Xtreme Tv ("we", "us", "our") handles the personal data you share when you visit xtremetv.cam or use our IPTV subscription. We've kept the language simple on purpose. If something isn't clear, message us and we'll explain it in writing.
1. Who We Are
Xtreme Tv runs a paid IPTV subscription service. For anything privacy-related, ping us via the contact page or send a message on WhatsApp. A real person reads every request.
2. Data We Collect
What you give us directly
- Email address — we need it to set up your account and send your login details after checkout.
- Payment details — handled by Stripe, PayPal, or our crypto processors. We never see or store your full card number.
- Name — optional, and only used when you write to support so we know how to address you.
- Messages you send — anything you write to us through email, WhatsApp, or the contact form is kept with your account record.
What we pick up automatically
- IP address — used to spot fraud and show the right pricing for your country. We don't keep it on file long-term.
- Browser and device type — gathered through cookies so pages load correctly on your screen.
- Pages you view and how long you stay — analytics cookies handle this, and you can read the full list in our Cookies Policy.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To create your account and keep your subscription active.
- To deliver login credentials, renewal reminders, and service notices.
- To process payments through our card and crypto partners.
- To answer your support tickets quickly.
- To improve the site and catch suspicious activity before it hits your account.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
We don't sell your data. Full stop. There's no profiling that decides anything binding about you — every account decision involves a human reviewer when it matters.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you're in the European Union, here's the legal footing we rely on:
- Contract performance — we use your email to deliver the subscription you paid for.
- Legitimate interests — fraud checks and product improvements fall under this.
- Consent — analytics and marketing cookies only fire after you agree, and you can pull that consent back any time.
- Legal obligation — for the records authorities require us to keep.
5. Your Rights Under GDPR (EU Residents)
If you live in the European Economic Area, you can ask us to:
- Show you a copy of everything we hold on you.
- Fix anything wrong in your record.
- Delete your data — the "right to be forgotten" applies once your subscription ends.
- Pause processing while you sort out a dispute with us.
- Export your data in a machine-readable format you can take elsewhere.
- Object to anything we do under legitimate interests.
- Withdraw cookie consent at any moment without losing access to the service.
Send any of these requests through our contact page. We'll reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
6. Your Rights Under CCPA (California Residents)
California gives you a few extra rights on top of the basics:
- Find out what personal info we've collected and why we collected it.
- Ask us to delete it from our records.
- Opt out of any "sale" of your data — we don't sell, but the right exists either way.
- Get the same service and price even after you exercise these rights.
To file a CCPA request, use our contact page and we'll handle it the same week.
7. Your Rights Under LGPD (Brazil Residents)
Brazilian residents get similar protections under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados. You can request access, corrections, deletion, portability, and an explanation of how your data is used. The contact page is the fastest way to file an LGPD request.
8. Data Sharing
We only pass your data to:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, crypto gateways) so your transaction goes through.
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics) in anonymised form — and only if you've accepted cookies.
- Law enforcement when we receive a valid legal request we can't refuse.
That's the whole list. No data brokers, no ad networks, no resale.
9. Data Retention
We keep your email and account record for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after it ends. Payment records stick around longer (usually seven years) because tax law says they have to. Ask us to delete sooner and we'll wipe everything we're allowed to.
10. International Transfers
Our servers and support team aren't always in your country. When data crosses a border, it travels through providers that meet GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards. Your rights don't change because of where the server sits.
11. Cookies
Cookies handle session login, fraud prevention, and (with your consent) analytics. The full breakdown — what each cookie does and how to switch them off — lives in our Cookies Policy.
12. Children
Xtreme Tv isn't aimed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has signed up, tell us and we'll delete the account along with anything linked to it.
13. Security
Every page on the site runs over HTTPS. Account access is locked down to a small team. We review our security setup regularly and patch quickly when something needs fixing. No system is perfect, but we treat your data like we'd want ours treated.
14. Changes to This Policy
If we update this page, the "Effective" date at the top changes. For anything material — a new processor, a new data category, a change to your rights — we'll email active subscribers before it takes effect.
15. Contact
Got a privacy question? Use our contact page or ping us on WhatsApp. We try to reply within 48 hours, and usually it's faster.
