Terms & Conditions
Take a few minutes to read these terms before you start using Xtreme Tv.
This agreement ("Terms") sets the rules for using the Xtreme Tv website at xtremetv.cam and the Xtreme HD IPTV subscription service. When you sign up, start a trial, or pay for a plan, you're confirming that you've read this page and accept what's in it.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Opening an account, kicking off a free trial, or buying any plan counts as your agreement to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If any clause here doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the service.
2. Service Description
Xtreme Tv (operating as Xtreme HD IPTV) gives subscribers access to a curated catalogue of live television channels and on-demand video delivered over the public internet. The service is sold on a subscription model with the following options:
- Monthly, quarterly, six-month, and yearly subscription terms.
- 1-screen, 2-screen, and multi-connection tiers, depending on the plan you pick.
- A single 24-hour free trial per account, available to new users only.
Channel lineups, on-demand titles, and feature availability differ by country and can change without prior notice as licensing arrangements shift.
3. Account Creation
- A working email address is required to open an account.
- Keeping your login credentials private is your responsibility, not ours.
- Account sharing isn't permitted. Each subscription is intended for one household and the people who live in it.
- Subscribers must be 18 years of age (or whatever age counts as adult in their country) to purchase.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Xtreme Tv lawfully and in a way that respects the rights of other people and rights-holders. Within those limits, you may:
- Stream programming on your own devices for personal viewing at home.
- Run the service across the number of simultaneous connections your plan includes — no more.
5. Prohibited Uses
The following activities are not allowed under any circumstances:
- Reselling, sub-letting, or otherwise transferring your login or service access to someone outside your household.
- Hitting our endpoints with bots, scrapers, or other automated tools.
- Trying to defeat geo-blocks, DRM, or any other security control we put in place.
- Recording, capturing, or re-uploading any programming carried by the service.
- Putting the service to commercial use — bars, hotels, gyms, offices — without a written commercial deal from us first.
- Anything that overloads, disrupts, or threatens the stability of our servers or upstream network providers.
Any breach of this section can lead to immediate suspension of your account with no refund.
6. Payment & Billing
- List prices are quoted in US dollars. Local sales tax or VAT may be added at the checkout where required.
- We process payments through third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, and select cryptocurrency rails). Card numbers and similar payment details never touch our servers.
- Subscriptions renew automatically on the same calendar date you originally signed up unless you've cancelled in advance.
- A reminder email goes out before each renewal date. Cancelling on time is your responsibility — refunds aren't issued for missed reminders.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any point by writing to support on WhatsApp or through the contact page. Cancellation locks in at the end of your current billing cycle — you'll keep access until that date.
8. Refunds
Whether a refund applies is governed by the Refund Policy. The short version: first-time buyers have a 24-hour money-back window. Renewals are non-refundable, full stop.
9. Service Availability
Our internal target is 99.9% uptime, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. We accept no liability for downtime caused by:
- Problems with your own internet connection, router, Wi-Fi, or ISP.
- Planned or emergency maintenance windows on our infrastructure.
- Force majeure — events that no provider could reasonably foresee or prevent.
- Upstream channel outages or sudden licensing changes by the content provider.
10. Intellectual Property
Every channel and every on-demand title delivered through Xtreme Tv is owned by its respective broadcaster or rights-holder. Xtreme Tv does not own the broadcast programming itself. The site design, application code, brand name, and logo are the property of Xtreme HD IPTV.
11. Limitation of Liability
So far as the law in your country allows, Xtreme Tv is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages tied to your use of the service. Where any liability does apply, our total exposure to you for a single dispute will not exceed what you paid for the subscription period that's currently active.
12. Indemnification
If a third party brings a claim, demand, or expense against Xtreme HD IPTV, its staff, or its agents because you breached these Terms or misused the service, you agree to cover those costs and keep the company free of harm.
13. Governing Law
These Terms operate under generally accepted international commercial law. Any disagreement should first go through good-faith talks between you and us. If that fails, the dispute moves to binding arbitration rather than a court action.
14. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When that happens we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Xtreme Tv after a change is published means you accept the revised version.
